On May 09, 2016 with the beginning of navigation traditionally starts festival “TELEFLOT”

Regular tourists of Infoflot Cruise Company has already got used to the fact that every year on board ships there are guys with cameras and microphones with them. These people are young TV journalists who annually gather together in an unusual cruise festival — «TELEFLOT».

«TELEFLOT»  is a team of aspiring broadcasters from all over Russia who are sent in a cruise to study the history of ancient Russian cities and to fulfill their archive with beautiful TV spots. Young journalists are accompanied by experienced mentors — employees of the federal channels.

Every day during the festival on board ship there are held professional master-classes, meetings with interesting people… Participants of the festival organize improvised talk shows. Ordinary passengers are actively involved in all these activities.

In 2016 this cruise festival will take place on new company’s brand ship “Dmitry Furmanov”

Among the invited experts there are Director, producer of Russian TV; editor in chief of the First channel and Russia-1; representatives “Beeline” company from Moscow and others.

A short history

The current «Teleflot» is the ninth. Before that there were cruises from Moscow to Kazan (in 2009), from Astrakhan to Nizhny Novgorod (in 2010). In 2011 the guys took the itinerary Moscow – St. Petersburg through Karelia and Valaam, and in 2012 again arrived to Kazan from Rostov-on-don. In 2013 «Teleflot» celebrated its fifth anniversary on board ship «N.A. Nekrasov». The year 2014 is an Olympic year because there were a lot of sport events on the festival. In 2015 the festival was held twice in May and September.
